Class Features
Text
  • Necros: The Spiritwalker increases his necromant level as if the character had gained a level in the class used to enter spiritwalker at each indicated level.
  • Necromantic Companion: The spiritwalker increases his necromantic companion level as if the character had gained a level in the class used to enter spiritwalker at each indicated level. This only applies to Spirit companions.
  • Spiritwalker (Su): The necromant, so cognizant of the worlds beyond, where the gods reside, begins to slip the bounds of his mortal form, flying free. Range on all abilities herein is 400 ft. + 40 ft./level.
    • At 1st level, he can look through the eyes of any incorporeal undead under his control. This does not give him line of effect. It is a standard action to start and a swift action to maintain.
    • At 2nd level, he takes on the traits of the undead that he has so long surrounded himself by. He may become incorporeal for 1 round per class level per day. It is a swift action to start or end the incorporeality.
    • At 4th level, he can use any incorporeal undead under his control as an origin point for any of his abilities, including necros. He must be looking through its eyes at the time.
    • At 5th level, he can become incorporeal for 1 minute per class level per day.
    • At 7th level, he can become incorporeal at will, gaining an incorporeal touch attack dealing 1d8 points of Constitution drain (DC 10 + 1/2 class level + Charisma modifier).
    • At 8th level, as a full round action, he can transfer any number of grave tokens and the knowledge of one or more necros to a chosen incorporeal undead under his control to use as directed. He loses the ability to create any necros transferred in this way, and loses grave tokens equal to the amount transferred. Treat any necros created by the incorporeal undead as if the necromant had cast it normally. He may, at any time he wishes, recall the remaining grave tokens and knowledge of the necros as another full round action.
  • Soul Warding (Su): The necromant gathers the souls of the dead about him, warding him against those who seek to harm him. Whenever a spell or similar targets the necromant and only the necromant, it has a 10% chance to rebound away, striking another legal target within range. The benefit increases to 25% at level 4. If the necromant is incorporeal, the benefit increases to 25%, or 50% if he has reached level 8.
  • Allies Immaterial (Su): At 3rd level, a spiritwalker begins to attract a number of additional companions, all of them incorporeal undead. The spiritwalker gains a pool of levels equal to his class level times two, and can distribute those levels across any number of companions he chooses, except that they must all be Spirit companions. No single companion gained this way may have a level higher than his class level. Any companions lost that were granted by this ability are replaced one week later. At 6th level, he doubles the total levels of companions granted by this ability under his control. At 9th, he triples it.
  • Flesh Forgotten: So long attuned to the world of the spirits, the necromant forgoes the last minor complications of the flesh and gains the Spectral Creature template. (This may change to a custom one later).
